Kiernan has been into fitness, the gym and sport pretty much his entire life. In addition to the gym, Kiernan is a wrestler and has been wrestling for over eight years. Interestingly, he likes DC and Marvel Universe, which has provided inspiration for his physique – his favourite characters are Nightwing and Spider-Man. These two physiques are lean and fit – but not too big, and we think he does these two examples complete justice.
