Ripped Models is pleased to introduce Darren and Michael, a father and son fitness combo, available to model either together or separately. Dad Darren starts his training first thing in the morning, with an aerobics workout, then pushes as hard as he can throughout the day, to lift as much as possible, to keep his impressive physique on point. Son Michael was introduced to the gym at the age of 14 by Darren – he says he is now bigger than his dad which causes much amusement! Michael is a lifeguard and also boxes in addition to his relentless gym sessions.
